Greek Chicken Wraps with Creamy Tzatziki

Make the Tzatziki Sauce

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated and well-squeezed cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and fresh dill.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix thoroughly until the sauce is smooth, creamy, and evenly blended.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the tzatziki until ready to use. Chilling allows the flavors to meld and enhances the refreshing taste of the sauce.

Assemble the Wraps

  1. Warm the pitas or tortilla wraps slightly so they become soft and pliable for easy folding without tearing.
  2. Spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce over the center of each wrap.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, red onion, and a portion of the cooked chicken.
  4. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and add olives or cucumber slices if using.
  5. Fold the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you roll to keep the filling secure.
