👩🍳 Steps
1️⃣ Brown the Beef
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and no longer pink.
- Drain any excess fat for a leaner dish.
2️⃣ Mix in the Goodness
- Add the drained corn, ranch dressing, sour cream, onion powder, and cooked pasta to the skillet.
- Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
3️⃣ Add the Cheese
- Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4️⃣ Finish with Cheddar Bliss
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese evenly over the top of the skillet.
- Cover the skillet and let it sit for 2–3 minutes, until the cheese is melty and bubbling.
