If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
2️⃣ Make the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Mix until fully blended—this will form a rich, flavorful garlic Parmesan coating.
3️⃣ Skewer the Chicken
Thread the chicken pieces onto your skewers, packing them closely but not too tight.
Brush each skewer generously with the garlic Parmesan marinade, making sure the pieces are well coated on all sides.
4️⃣ Grill to Perfection
Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F) and lightly charred.
5️⃣ Serve & Garnish
Remove from grill and let rest briefly.
Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
