Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Alfredo Tortellini

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the Tortellini:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

2. Make the Alfredo Sauce:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes, then reduce the heat to low and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg or Italian seasoning if desired. Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce and toss to coat. Keep warm.

3. Sear the Steak Bites:

  1. Pat steak bites dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a separate skillet over high heat, melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add the steak bites in a single layer (work in batches if needed) and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
  3. During the last minute, add the minced garlic and toss with the steak. Cook just until fragrant, then remove from heat.

4. Plate & Serve:
