    • 1½ cups (360ml) milk, room temperature

    • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
    • ⅔ cup (120g) rainbow sprinkles (jimmies type, NOT nonpareils)
  • For the Whipped Vanilla Buttercream:
    • 2 cups (452g) unsalted butter, softened
    • 6 cups (720g) powdered sugar
    • 6 tbsp (90ml) milk or heavy cream
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • A pinch of salt
