Four-Milk Pudding (Pudim de Quatro Leites)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Pudding Mixture:

  1. In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, regular milk, powdered milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend for 1–2 minutes until fully combined and smooth. Set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Caramel Sauce:

  1. In a dry saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar slowly, stirring occasionally until it becomes a golden caramel.
  2. Carefully pour the caramel into the bottom of a bundt or pudding mold. Swirl to coat the bottom evenly. Let cool slightly so it sets.

3️⃣ Bake the Pudding:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Pour the blended pudding mixture into the caramel-coated mold.
  3. Place the mold in a larger baking dish and add hot water to create a water bath (bain-marie), filling halfway up the sides of the mold.
  4. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the pudding is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
