👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Pudding Mixture:
- In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, regular milk, powdered milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Blend for 1–2 minutes until fully combined and smooth. Set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Caramel Sauce:
- In a dry saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar slowly, stirring occasionally until it becomes a golden caramel.
- Carefully pour the caramel into the bottom of a bundt or pudding mold. Swirl to coat the bottom evenly. Let cool slightly so it sets.
3️⃣ Bake the Pudding:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Pour the blended pudding mixture into the caramel-coated mold.
- Place the mold in a larger baking dish and add hot water to create a water bath (bain-marie), filling halfway up the sides of the mold.
- Bake for about 1 hour, or until the pudding is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
