👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a tart or pie pan (about 9-inch / 23 cm).
- Prepare the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy cream together until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Mix the Ingredients:
Add the tuna, chopped mushrooms, grated cheese, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer to Pan:
Pour the mixture into your prepared tart pan, smoothing the top with a spatula if needed.
- Bake:
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Cool and Serve:
Let the quiche rest for about 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally garnished with pickles on the side.
