1ļøā£ Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking.
2ļøā£ Make the Coating Mixture:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and well combined.
3ļøā£ Crush the Crackers:
- Place Ritz crackers in a zip-top bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or the bottom of a heavy glass. Alternatively, pulse in a food processor.
4ļøā£ Coat the Chicken:
- Dip each chicken tender into the mayo-Parmesan mixture, coating thoroughly on all sides.
- Then roll each coated tender in the crushed Ritz crackers, pressing gently so the crumbs adhere well.
