Storage and Serving
While it’s best to enjoy these fries fresh, if you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, place them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 5-7 minutes to restore their crispiness. You can also reheat them in a hot pan with a small amount of oil.
Additional Tips
- If you want to make your fries extra crispy, you can fry them twice. After the first fry, let them cool for a few minutes, then fry them again for 2-3 minutes to achieve a crispier texture.
- If you like your fries with a little extra flavor, try seasoning them with a pinch of salt or your favorite spices as soon as they come out of the oil.
- For an even crispier texture, consider using russet potatoes, which are perfect for frying due to their high starch content.
