Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken Thigh

🥣 Directions

1️⃣ Season & Sear the Chicken:

  1. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Mushrooms:

  1. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes, until they release their moisture and begin to brown.
  3. Stir in the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant and softened.
