- Make the filling: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add cooked chicken, then stir in cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well until creamy and heated through.
- Warm tortillas: Briefly warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
- Assemble wraps: Spoon the creamy chicken filling onto the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Roll: Roll the tortillas tightly and place seam-side down in a lightly greased skillet or oven-safe baking dish.
- Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the wraps are golden and slightly crisp on the edges.
- Garnish & serve: Top with fresh cilantro or chopped green onions. Serve warm with salsa, avocado, or sour cream on the side if desired.
