Ingredients

  • 1 kg of cooked and shredded chicken breast (cooked with salt)
  • 2 grated raw carrots
  • 1 can of corn
  • 100g of fresh peas
  • 200g of diced ham
  • 200g of diced mozzarella cheese
  • 100g of sliced green olives
  • 50g of raisins
  • Chopped chives and parsley (including stems)

For the Sauce:

  • 400g of mayonnaise
  • Half a carton of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
  • 100ml of olive oil

For Decoration:

  • Potato sticks (only added on top when serving)
