Ingredients
- 1 kg of cooked and shredded chicken breast (cooked with salt)
- 2 grated raw carrots
- 1 can of corn
- 100g of fresh peas
- 200g of diced ham
- 200g of diced mozzarella cheese
- 100g of sliced green olives
- 50g of raisins
- Chopped chives and parsley (including stems)
For the Sauce:
- 400g of mayonnaise
- Half a carton of heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
