Step 1: Prepare the Salad Ingredients
- Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, then let them cool in ice water before peeling and chopping into small pieces.
- Dice the tomatoes and cucumber, finely chop the green onions and parsley, and thinly slice the white onion.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

- In a blender or food processor, combine:
- Avocado
- Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)

- Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Step 3: Assemble the Salad
- Pour the avocado dressing over the salad ingredients in the bowl.
- Gently toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
- Pair with grilled meats, roasted chicken, or crusty bread for a full meal.
- Garnish with extra fresh herbs or a sprinkle of black sesame seeds for added visual appeal.
