Cowboy Butter Chicken Wings

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Oven & Chicken:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to help them crisp up. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, then arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

2️⃣ Make the Cowboy Butter Sauce:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and chopped parsley.
  2. Pour the butter mixture over the wings and toss to coat them evenly in the sauce.

3️⃣ Bake the Wings:

  1. Place the wings in the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the skin is golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
