👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Oven & Chicken:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to help them crisp up. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, then arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
2️⃣ Make the Cowboy Butter Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and chopped parsley.
- Pour the butter mixture over the wings and toss to coat them evenly in the sauce.
3️⃣ Bake the Wings:
- Place the wings in the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the skin is golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
