👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Pecan Crust

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, chopped pecans, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Set aside to cool completely.

2️⃣ Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until fluffy.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread this layer evenly over the cooled crust.

3️⃣ Prepare the Pudding Layer

  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes with 2 ¾ cups cold milk until thickened (about 2–3 minutes).
  2. Pour over the cream cheese layer and smooth the top.

4️⃣ Top and Chill

  1. Spread remaining whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer.
  2. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings or curls for garnish.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until fully set and chilled.
