👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Pecan Crust
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, chopped pecans, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Set aside to cool completely.
2️⃣ Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until fluffy.
- Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Spread this layer evenly over the cooled crust.
3️⃣ Prepare the Pudding Layer
- In a separate bowl, whisk together chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes with 2 ¾ cups cold milk until thickened (about 2–3 minutes).
- Pour over the cream cheese layer and smooth the top.
4️⃣ Top and Chill
- Spread remaining whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer.
- Sprinkle with chocolate shavings or curls for garnish.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until fully set and chilled.
