Make the Batter

In a bowl, whisk flour + sugar + baking powder + salt.

In another bowl, whisk milk + egg + oil.

Pour wet into dry and mix gently (don’t overmix).

In a small bowl, mix sugar + cinnamon. -
Layer & Swirl

Pour half the batter into the pan.

Sprinkle half the cinnamon mix.

Add the rest of the batter and sprinkle remaining cinnamon on top.

Use a knife to gently swirl through the batter for a marbled effect.

Bake
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. -
Finish
Let cool 10–15 min, slice & enjoy.
Optional: Brush top with melted butter & sprinkle extra cinnamon sugar for a crunchy crust (like in the image).
