Cinnamon Swirl Quick Bread (No Yeast)

  • Make the Batter

    • In a bowl, whisk flour + sugar + baking powder + salt.

    • In another bowl, whisk milk + egg + oil.

    • Pour wet into dry and mix gently (don’t overmix).

  • Cinnamon Swirl
    In a small bowl, mix sugar + cinnamon.

  • Layer & Swirl

    • Pour half the batter into the pan.

    • Sprinkle half the cinnamon mix.

    • Add the rest of the batter and sprinkle remaining cinnamon on top.

    • Use a knife to gently swirl through the batter for a marbled effect.

  • Bake
    Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  • Finish
    Let cool 10–15 min, slice & enjoy.
    Optional: Brush top with melted butter & sprinkle extra cinnamon sugar for a crunchy crust (like in the image).
