👩🍳 Directions
- Prep the cinnamon rolls: Open the can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into 4 equal pieces. Set aside.
- Make the custard: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until fully combined.
- Dip and coat: Dip the cinnamon roll pieces into the egg mixture, making sure they are fully coated but not overly soaked.
- Cook: Heat a lightly greased nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook the bites in batches, turning until golden brown and cooked through on all sides (about 2–3 minutes per side).
- Warm the icing: Microwave the included icing packet for 5–10 seconds until pourable. Drizzle generously over the cooked bites.
- Serve warm: Plate and serve immediately—perfect with fresh fruit, powdered sugar, or maple syrup if desired!
💡 Tips:
- Use a toothpick or fork to flip the bites easily in the pan.
- Serve with maple syrup for dipping or sprinkle with chopped pecans for extra crunch.
- These also make a great dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
