Christmas Evergreen Mint Cocoa

  1. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream. Allow it to sit lightly above the hot cocoa so it slowly softens without melting immediately, creating a layered effect between the green cocoa and snowy white topping.
  2. Sprinkle green sanding sugar or edible glitter over the whipped cream. This adds sparkle and texture while enhancing the evergreen color theme. A light dusting is usually enough to catch the light and create a festive sheen.
