Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 2 tbsp rum flavor extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add flavor: Stir in the melted butter, eggnog, rum flavor extract, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
  5. Bring it together: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until no dry streaks remain.
