- Store any leftover cake in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. The cake will remain moist and flavorful thanks to the oil and molasses.
- If you prefer a firmer ganache topping, refrigerate the cake after applying the ganache. This will help the ganache firm up, creating a more solid layer on top.
