Instructions
- Chop the almonds into small pieces or pulse them in a food processor.
- Mix the almond butter and chopped almonds in a small bowl.
- Slice each date and remove the pit.
- Fill each date with 1 teaspoon of the almond mixture and press to seal.
- Melt the chocolate until smooth.
- Dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Place the chocolate-covered dates on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with sea salt flakes while still tacky.
- Let the chocolate set before storing in an airtight container.
