- 2 cups chocolate melting wafers or chocolate chips
- Optional: extra mini chocolate chips or sprinkles
👩🍳 Directions
1️⃣ Make the Edible Cookie Dough:
- In a bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the milk and vanilla until smooth.
- Add heat-treated flour and mix until combined, then stir in mini chocolate chips.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes for easier handling.
2️⃣ Shape the Centers:
- Scoop out small balls of cookie dough (about 1 teaspoon each) and place on a tray.
- Freeze the balls for 15–20 minutes until firm.
3️⃣ Wrap in Brownie:
- Cut the cooled brownies into small squares. Flatten each piece gently with your fingers.
- Wrap each brownie piece around a frozen cookie dough ball, sealing the edges and rolling gently into a smooth ball.
- Place on a tray and freeze again for 20 minutes to firm up before dipping.
4️⃣ Dip in Chocolate:
- Melt the chocolate wafers or chips according to package directions (usually in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring until smooth).
- Using a fork or dipping tool, coat each brownie bomb in the melted chocolate. Let excess drip off, then place on a parchment-lined tray.
- While chocolate is still wet, decorate with mini chocolate chips or sprinkles if desired.
