Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

  • 2 cups chocolate melting wafers or chocolate chips
  • Optional: extra mini chocolate chips or sprinkles

👩‍🍳 Directions

1️⃣ Make the Edible Cookie Dough:

  1. In a bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix in the milk and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add heat-treated flour and mix until combined, then stir in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes for easier handling.

2️⃣ Shape the Centers:

  1. Scoop out small balls of cookie dough (about 1 teaspoon each) and place on a tray.
  2. Freeze the balls for 15–20 minutes until firm.

3️⃣ Wrap in Brownie:

  1. Cut the cooled brownies into small squares. Flatten each piece gently with your fingers.
  2. Wrap each brownie piece around a frozen cookie dough ball, sealing the edges and rolling gently into a smooth ball.
  3. Place on a tray and freeze again for 20 minutes to firm up before dipping.

4️⃣ Dip in Chocolate:

  1. Melt the chocolate wafers or chips according to package directions (usually in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring until smooth).
  2. Using a fork or dipping tool, coat each brownie bomb in the melted chocolate. Let excess drip off, then place on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. While chocolate is still wet, decorate with mini chocolate chips or sprinkles if desired.

5️⃣ Chill & Serve:
