1️⃣ Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper for easy removal.
2️⃣ Make the Batter
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, beaten eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until a thick dough forms. It may look more like cookie dough than cake batter.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
3️⃣ Bake
- Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula or your hands to press it into the corners.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
4️⃣ Cool & Serve
- Let bars cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
- Enjoy as-is or serve slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
