  • 2 cups (256g) all-purpose flour (spoon and level to measure)
  • 1/2 cup (116g) sour cream
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) milk

For the Frosting:

  • 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 1/2 cups (440g) powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
