👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 180°C (356°F) and allow it to preheat while you prepare the filling.
- Prepare the Crust:
Unroll the pie crust and press it into a tart or quiche mold (approx. 9–10 inches). Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling during baking.
- Add the Chicken and Cheese:
Evenly distribute the cooked, minced chicken across the base of the crust. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top of the chicken layer.
- Make the Egg Mixture:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg until smooth and well combined.
- Assemble and Bake:
Pour the egg mixture over the chicken and cheese, spreading it evenly. Place the quiche in the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set but slightly jiggly.
