Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Let pizza dough rest at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Lightly flour your surface and roll out dough into a large rectangle.
  3. Spread ranch dressing evenly, leaving a border around the edges. Layer mozzarella, bacon, chicken, and red onion.
  4. Roll up the dough tightly from one long side. Pinch seams and ends to seal. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Brush with beaten egg. Cut a few shallow slits on top for ventilation.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and puffed. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with parsley if using. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill to prevent leakage.
  • Sauté onions briefly if you prefer them softer.
  • Reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture.
  • Can be assembled ahead and baked later.
