Cheesy Garlic Ranch Potato Skins

  1. Remove baking sheet from oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly inside each skin.
  2. Return to oven and bake for 5–7 minutes more, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Serve:

  1. Let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley, if desired.
  2. Serve warm, optionally with sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes:

  • These can be made ahead and reheated in the oven at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
  • Try topping with crumbled bacon or a drizzle of ranch dressing for extra flavor.
