Cheesy Garlic Flatbread Fingers 2.0 Recipe

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready to crisp up the flatbread fingers perfectly.
  2. Prepare the Garlic Butter Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan (if using) until smooth and well combined. This creamy garlic butter mixture will create the flavorful base for your flatbread fingers.
  3. Assemble the Flatbread:
Spread half of the garlic butter mixture evenly over one tortilla. Sprinkle ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Place the second tortilla over the first, and repeat with the remaining butter mixture and cheese. The second tortilla creates a cheesy sandwich effect, ensuring the filling stays inside as it crisps up.
  4. Air Fry the Flatbread:
Place the assembled tortilla in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden brown and slightly crispy. You can finish it under the broiler for an extra 2–3 minutes for an even more bubbly and crispy finish.
  5. Slice and Serve:
Once the flatbread is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute. Slice into fingers and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sugar-free marinara or low-carb ranch dressing.
