Cheesy Cauliflower Bagels (Low-Carb & Gluten-Free)

👨‍🍳 Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, shredded mozzarella cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix until fully combined. The mixture should be thick but moldable.
  3. Shape the Bagels: Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and then flatten to form bagel shapes. Press the center of each to create a hole, resembling the traditional bagel shape.
  4. Top with Seasoning (Optional): If desired, sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning on top of each bagel before baking for added flavor and texture.
  5. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown and firm to the touch. If you prefer them a bit crispier, you can bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Cool and Serve: Allow the bagels to cool slightly before serving. They will firm up as they rest. Enjoy warm with a spread of cream cheese, or slice open for a mini breakfast sandwich!
