- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, shredded mozzarella cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix until fully combined. The mixture should be thick but moldable.
- Shape the Bagels: Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and then flatten to form bagel shapes. Press the center of each to create a hole, resembling the traditional bagel shape.
- Top with Seasoning (Optional): If desired, sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning on top of each bagel before baking for added flavor and texture.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown and firm to the touch. If you prefer them a bit crispier, you can bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the bagels to cool slightly before serving. They will firm up as they rest. Enjoy warm with a spread of cream cheese, or slice open for a mini breakfast sandwich!
