Cheesy Beefy Stuffed Rolls

Assemble the Rolls

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. Punch down the risen dough to release excess air, then divide it into 12 equal portions for uniform rolls.
  3. Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten into a small disk about 4 inches wide.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef filling in the center of each dough disk. Fold the edges up and over the filling, pinching firmly to seal.
  5. Shape each filled piece into a smooth ball and arrange them seam-side down in the prepared baking dish, spacing them evenly.

Bake the Rolls

  1. Brush the tops of the rolls generously with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder if using, then top evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 18–20 minutes, or until the rolls are puffed, golden brown, and the cheese on top is fully melted and bubbling.
