Step 1: Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue mixing until fully combined. Set aside.
Step 2: Assemble the Base
- In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
- On a clean surface or large piece of plastic wrap, spread the crumb mixture evenly into a rectangular shape about ¼-inch thick.
Step 3: Build the Roll
- Carefully spread the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham layer in an even layer.
- Spread the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese, leaving a small border along the edges.
- Using the plastic wrap to assist, gently roll everything into a tight log. Avoid pressing too firmly to maintain clean layers.
- Wrap securely in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
