Step 1: Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue mixing until fully combined. Set aside.

Step 2: Assemble the Base

  1. In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
  2. On a clean surface or large piece of plastic wrap, spread the crumb mixture evenly into a rectangular shape about ¼-inch thick.

Step 3: Build the Roll

  1. Carefully spread the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham layer in an even layer.
  2. Spread the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese, leaving a small border along the edges.
  3. Using the plastic wrap to assist, gently roll everything into a tight log. Avoid pressing too firmly to maintain clean layers.
  4. Wrap securely in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
