- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and diced
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Baking Pan
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper for easy removal.
2️⃣ Make the Crust
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly moistened.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Set aside while you prepare the cheesecake layer.
3️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Layer
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Pour and spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
4️⃣ Add the Blueberry Layer
- In a separate bowl, toss blueberries with sugar and cornstarch until coated.
- Spoon the berry mixture evenly over the cheesecake layer.
5️⃣ Make the Crumb Topping
- In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cut in the cold, diced butter using a pastry cutter or your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the blueberries.
6️⃣ Bake & Cool
