🧾 Ingredients
For the Cake Batter:
- 3 eggs
- 300ml water
- 150ml oil
- 1 dessert spoon of salt
- 3 cups or 375g wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon or 15g baking powder
For the Chicken Filling:
- 500g cooked chicken fillet (shredded and salted)
- ½ small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- ½ sachet of tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs to taste
- 100g sweet corn
- 100g fresh peas
- 3 tablespoons creamy cream cheese
