Biscuits and Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet.
  2. Make the Crust:
    Separate biscuit dough and press it evenly into the pan, creating a flat, sealed crust layer. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  3. Cook the Sausage:
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook breakfast sausage until browned. Drain excess grease.
  4. Make the Gravy:
    Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir for 1 minute. Gradually pour in milk while stirring until the mixture thickens. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Assemble Pizza:
    Remove biscuit crust from oven. Spread sausage gravy evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Final Bake:
    Return to oven and bake for another 5–7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve:
    Garnish with green onions if desired. Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
