👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Blend the Salsa
- In a blender or food processor, combine the following: whole tomatoes with juice, Rotel, chopped onion, garlic, sliced jalapeño, sugar, salt, cumin, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Pulse the mixture 10–15 times, or until it reaches your preferred consistency. (Chunky or smooth—it’s up to you!)
2️⃣ Adjust to Taste
- Taste with a tortilla chip and adjust salt, lime juice, or heat (add more jalapeño or even a dash of hot sauce if desired).
3️⃣ Chill & Serve
- Refrigerate the salsa for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend and deepen.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips, nachos, tacos, eggs, or grilled meats.
