1️⃣ Blend the Salsa

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the following: whole tomatoes with juice, Rotel, chopped onion, garlic, sliced jalapeño, sugar, salt, cumin, cilantro, and lime juice.
  2. Pulse the mixture 10–15 times, or until it reaches your preferred consistency. (Chunky or smooth—it’s up to you!)

2️⃣ Adjust to Taste

  • Taste with a tortilla chip and adjust salt, lime juice, or heat (add more jalapeño or even a dash of hot sauce if desired).

3️⃣ Chill & Serve

  • Refrigerate the salsa for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend and deepen.
  • Serve chilled with tortilla chips, nachos, tacos, eggs, or grilled meats.
