👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare the Dough
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough to ¼-inch thickness on a floured surface. Transfer the dough onto a sheet of parchment paper.
- Bake the dough for 5–7 minutes, until it is slightly puffed and lightly golden.
2️⃣ Add the Toppings
- Spread a generous layer of barbecue sauce over the partially baked dough.
- Top with chopped bacon, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and thinly sliced red onion.
3️⃣ Bake the Pizza
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
4️⃣ Garnish & Serve
- Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Sprinkle with fresh cilantro or parsley for a burst of color and freshness (optional).
