1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2️⃣ Prepare the Biscuits
- Split each biscuit in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.
- Place the bottom halves evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
3️⃣ Layer the Filling
- Spread a thin layer of creamy horseradish sauce on each bottom biscuit half.
- Layer sliced roast beef on top of the sauce.
- Place a slice of provolone cheese over the roast beef.
4️⃣ Top and Seal
- Cover each biscuit stack with the top biscuit half.
- Gently press the edges to help seal and keep the filling in place while baking.
5️⃣ Brush and Bake
- Brush the tops with melted butter for added color and flavor.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley for a pop of color (optional).
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
6️⃣ Prepare and Serve with Au Jus
