Baked French Dip Biscuits

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven

  • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2️⃣ Prepare the Biscuits

  1. Split each biscuit in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.
  2. Place the bottom halves evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.

3️⃣ Layer the Filling

  1. Spread a thin layer of creamy horseradish sauce on each bottom biscuit half.
  2. Layer sliced roast beef on top of the sauce.
  3. Place a slice of provolone cheese over the roast beef.

4️⃣ Top and Seal

  • Cover each biscuit stack with the top biscuit half.
  • Gently press the edges to help seal and keep the filling in place while baking.

5️⃣ Brush and Bake

  1. Brush the tops with melted butter for added color and flavor.
  2. Sprinkle with dried parsley for a pop of color (optional).
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

6️⃣ Prepare and Serve with Au Jus
