Baked Brie with Caramelized Apples and Honey

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2️⃣ Caramelize the Apples:

  1. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced apples and cook, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and turn golden (about 5–7 minutes).
  2. Add honey, cinnamon, thyme, and a pinch of salt. Continue cooking for another 3–5 minutes until the apples are caramelized and tender.

3️⃣ Bake the Brie:

  1. Place the Brie in a small baking dish (you can leave the rind on, or slice it off depending on your preference).
  2. Top the Brie with the caramelized apples, spreading them evenly over the cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey, and the top is golden.
