1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2️⃣ Caramelize the Apples:
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced apples and cook, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and turn golden (about 5–7 minutes).
- Add honey, cinnamon, thyme, and a pinch of salt. Continue cooking for another 3–5 minutes until the apples are caramelized and tender.
3️⃣ Bake the Brie:
- Place the Brie in a small baking dish (you can leave the rind on, or slice it off depending on your preference).
- Top the Brie with the caramelized apples, spreading them evenly over the cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey, and the top is golden.
4️⃣ Serve:
- Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers for dipping into the creamy, caramelized goodness. Enjoy immediately!
