Apple Crisp Cheesecake

  1. Place the springform pan on a baking sheet and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 55–65 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is just slightly jiggly.
  2. Turn off the oven, crack the door slightly, and let the cheesecake rest inside for 1 hour to prevent cracking.
  3. Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.

7. Serve:

  1. Just before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce if desired for a beautiful and flavorful finish.
  2. Slice using a sharp knife cleaned between cuts. Enjoy chilled!
