🌼 Ingredients
- 4 cups dandelion flowers (just the yellow petals)
- 4 cups water
- 2½ cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Harvest & Prep the Flowers
- Pick fresh, bright yellow dandelion flowers from a pesticide-free area.
- Remove most of the green parts (sepals) from each flower, keeping just the yellow petals to avoid bitterness.
- Rinse the petals gently in a colander to remove dirt or bugs. Let them drain well.
