🧾 Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 1½ cups gummy candies (such as gumdrops or jelly beans), chopped
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Pan
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease if desired.
2️⃣ Melt the Base
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Add Marshmallows
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and well incorporated into the chocolate mixture.
4️⃣ Incorporate Gummies
- Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Quickly fold in the chopped gummy candies. Stir until evenly distributed. The heat may slightly soften the gummies, which helps them bind to the nougat.
5️⃣ Transfer & Set
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press it down evenly using a spatula or greased hands.
- Let cool at room temperature for 2–3 hours, or refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
6️⃣ Cut & Serve
- Lift the nougat from the pan using the parchment overhang.
- Slice into bite-sized squares and enjoy!
