🍫🍣 Oreo Cream Cheese Cheesecake Sushi Roll
A fun twist on sushi, using Oreo cookies and cream cheese, for a decadent dessert that’s easy to make and utterly delicious!
🧾 Ingredients
Base (Oreo Dough):
- 2 packages Oreo cookies (with cream, processed in a food processor)
- 2–3 tablespoons milk (for kneading)
Cheesecake Cream:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons cream (or milk)
Filling:
- Banana, strawberry, or any other fruit of your choice (cut into long strips)
Topping:
- Melted chocolate (optional)
- Mini Oreo crumbs
- Powdered sugar
