Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Melt the chocolate and butter together (microwave or stovetop).
3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until thick.
4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and mix.
5. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder; fold gently.
6. Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes to thicken.
7. Drop spoonfuls onto a lined baking tray.
8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until tops crack and edges set.
9. Let them cool to become fudgy and chewy.
